Begin now your personal journey of sexual expansion.

We teach embodied sex education and offer bodywork sessions. We teach through body experiences designed to nurture, deepen or awaken the sexual/sensual self. These experiences can include coaching in breathwork, body awareness, movement, sound, boundary-setting (consent), self-empowerment, communication, anatomy, massage, mindful masturbation, scar-tissue remediation and other body-based practices.

Who is this work for?

Sexological Bodyworkers are Somatic Sex Educators. People seek this work for many reasons, including learning, healing, or simply exploring aspects of their sexuality. Sexological Bodywork / Somatic Sex Education is an effective and direct way to address many kinds of sexual challenges, ranging from premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, and difficulties with orgasm, to post-trauma support, relief from pelvic pain or numbness, and establishing boundaries and consensual touch. People in partnership can learn to navigate sexual differences together and explore new erotic possibilities with body-based learning and guided practice. This work is also suitable for those simply curious to discover more and expand their body’s potential and pleasure, diving deeper into the multilayered world of sexuality.

How is Sexological Bodywork different from Tantra and other approaches to sexuality?

While there can be some overlap with other modalities, Sexological Bodywork is distinguished by several core principles:

  • Experiential, not just talk-based. Sex therapy and coaching typically stay verbal. Sexological Bodywork uses hands-on, body-based techniques alongside conversation. The premise is that some patterns live in the body, not just in the mind, and change happens through direct embodied experience.
  • Education, not just relaxation or connection. Where some modalities emphasise connection between partners or teach practices where touch is passively received, Sexological Bodywork sessions are typically self-focused and structured as active somatic education. We learn to track sensation, expand capacity for pleasure, work through shame or numbness, or address specific concerns (like pain during sex, difficulty reaching orgasm, or disconnection from one’s body).
  • Secular, not spiritual. Tantra, or Neo-Tantra (as is popular in the modern West), draws on ancient spiritual traditions and philosophies with many different schools and lineages, some of which include sexuality. Sexological Bodywork has no spiritual framework attached and draws instead from sexology, anatomy, and somatic psychology, focusing on functional, embodied learning (though many find a spiritual dimension emerges naturally through the work).
  • Client-led. Nothing is initiated without the client’s explicit input. Not all sessions include touch, but when touch is requested, the client directs what happens, and consent can be adjusted or withdrawn at any point. The purpose is not to provide pleasure as a service, but to facilitate learning, awareness, and new experiences that clients can integrate into their own lives. You remain an active participant in your learning rather than a passive recipient.
  • One-way touch. Touch goes from practitioner to client only – there’s no exchange or reciprocity. This one-directional structure keeps the focus entirely on the client’s own experience, learning, and embodiment.
  • Practitioner stays fully clothed for the entire session. This is a firm professional boundary across the field, for the same reason of keeping the focus on the client’s own experience – distinguishing it clearly from practices where mutual nudity or exchange is part of the format.
  • Practitioners are uniquely trained in genital and anal touch for education and healing – something outside the scope of general somatic therapy or sex coaching.

What does a Sexological Bodywork session include?

A private 1:1 or 2:2 session has 3 parts and takes approximately 2 hours in total:

Check-in (± 0.5 hours) : In the initial conversation, we discuss your intentions, interests, challenges and sexual/sensual biography, and establish what you would like to focus on in this session.

Bodywork (1 hours) : In a safe, consensual space, we explore somatic practices and Sexological Bodywork methods specifically suited to your interests and/or challenges. The session ends with integration time to allow the nervous system to process and ‘save’ the learning experience in the body.

Aftercare (± 0.5 hours) : We then have a follow-up talk to share insights from the experience and determine what the possible next steps could be.

Not all sessions include touch, but when requested, touch is one-way (from practitioner to client) and is client-led. We touch in ways that assist clients in developing presence within the body, opening interior awareness, empowering choice and voice, and learning how the body can feel safer and more alive. Uniquely in the profession, we are trained to offer client-led genital or anal touch for the purposes of education and healing. Sexological Bodyworkers are trauma-informed and remain clothed during sessions.

We work according to the ethical guidelines of the European Association for Sexological Bodywork
